HOT BREWING INSTRUCTIONS

• Add 1 slightly heaping teaspoon of loose tea for every 8 ounces of water.
• Heat water to 212°F.
• Steep for 5–7 minutes.
• Strain and enjoy.

Add honey or a fresh peach slice if desired.

COLD BREWING INSTRUCTIONS

• Add 2 teaspoons of loose tea for every 8 ounces of cold water.
• Cover and refrigerate for 8–12 hours.
• Strain and serve over ice.

Garnish with fresh peach slices, berries, or mint. For a full pitcher, use 1 ounce of tea per gallon of cold water.
