CAFFEINE LEVEL

HOT BREWING INSTRUCTIONS

• Add 1 teaspoon of loose tea for every 8 ounces of water.
• Heat water to 200°F.
• Steep for 3–5 minutes.
• Strain and enjoy.

Serve plain or add milk and sweetener to create a creamy London Fog-style tea.

COLD BREWING INSTRUCTIONS

• Add 2 teaspoons of loose tea for every 8 ounces of cold water.
