Blue Sorceress's Tea is a naturally caffeine-free herbal blend with sweet licorice, fragrant anise and fennel, tangy currants, tart hibiscus and rosehip, delicate jasmine, and brilliant butterfly pea flower. FLAVOR PROFILE

Sweet and aromatic with prominent licorice and anise, warm fennel, tangy berries, tart hibiscus, delicate jasmine, and a softly earthy finish.

INGREDIENTS

Anise, licorice root, fennel, currants, hibiscus, star anise, rosehip, butterfly pea flower, nettle, and jasmine.

CAFFEINE LEVEL

Naturally caffeine-free.

HOT BREWING INSTRUCTIONS

• Add 1 teaspoon of loose tea for every 8 ounces of water.
• Heat water to 212°F.
• Steep for 5–7 minutes.
• Strain and enjoy.

Add lemon after steeping to create a magical color-changing experience.

COLD BREWING INSTRUCTIONS

• Add 2 teaspoons of loose tea for every 8 ounces of cold water.
• Cover and refrigerate for 8–12 hours.
• Strain and serve over ice.

Add fresh lemon just before serving to transform the tea's color. For a full pitcher, use 1 ounce of tea per gallon of cold water.
